Q: Is the equipment safe and in good condition?
A: Yes.  We only rent equipment that is in excellent condition, as we know how important it is to keep your child safe. We rent items that we too use with our own children and we make sure to inspect each item before and after each and every use.

Q: How often do you clean your equipment?
A: All of our rental equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.

Q: What if I want to rent something you do not carry?
A: We always try to meet the needs of our customers. That being said, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to get you what you need.

Q. Will I get exactly what is pictured on this website?
A: Maybe. If you do not receive an item that is pictured on our website, you will receive an item which looks different, yet will serve the same function.

Q: How may I place an order?
A: Click here to fill out the form and presto!  As long as the equipment is available for your desired dates, it will be held just for you!

Q: Is there a minimum order that I need to make?
A: Yes. The minimum order is $50.  This does not include the cost of delivery and pickup.

Q: How can I pay for my rental?
A: You may pay in cash (upon delivery/pick up) or via PayPal (prior to delivery/pick up). When we send you your bill, we will also send you the link to our PayPal button.

Q: How can I calculate my rental period?
A: Rental periods are calculated on a daily basis, rather than hourly or nightly. For example, if you want an item delivered on a Monday and want it picked up on a Tuesday, that counts as 2 days. An example of a weekly rate would be from Wednesday to Tuesday, not Wednesday to Wednesday.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: We understand that plans can change, especially when traveling with children. If you must cancel, please do so within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery time.  If you do not cancel within 72 hours, an administrative fee of 25% of the order would be appreciated.  Refunds for early terminations of rentals will be prorated at 50% of the remaining unused rental time.

Q: Is there a charge for delivery and pickup?
A: It depends.  There is a $15 fee for delivery and a $15 fee for pickup for all orders under $150.  Delivery and pickup is free of charge if your order exceeds $150.

Q: What happens if the equipment becomes damaged during use?
A: We require a damage deposit of $50 for rental items. If something becomes damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the necessary amount from that deposit in order to fix or replace the product.

Q: What if the equipment does not function properly?
A: If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily provide you with a replacement, if possible.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the items I rent?
A: If you are not satisfied with your equipment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to do what it takes to satisfy your needs. We will either replace the item for one that you are pleased with, or give you a refund on that particular item.
